Further, the 4K and HDR features made it a moderate camera with professional results.

If it’s all about the electronic viewfinder and full frame sensor without the crop factor in 4K mode, then you’ll be pleased with this cam like how we were after shooting with the R8 for one full day.

Thus, before we start detailing the features and telling you our opinion, bear in mind that this cam has a lot of magnificent features you’ll only need for high-quality photography and videography. We were expecting too much from this cam, and what we got was far beyond what we were expecting.

With its 191-point AF System that is enhanced by AI, the camera takes the autofocus feature to a whole new level. The uncropped 4K video produced by the full-frame sensor is a feature we were waiting for from Canon cameras. We used this camera a few times and the results have been great so far, we still have to figure out more about the available options. This camera is so lightweight and compact that we can pack it wherever we go. Actually, we have an EOS M200 camera for personal use. It’s capable of taking the best photos and vertical 4K videos for posting online on different platforms.

Another feature we believe is essential for vlogging cameras is the ease of use. The camera’s touchscreen is crisp and very responsive. It can be tilted to take selfies and 180-degree videos. The quality isn’t very poor as full HD cams will still produce high-quality videos, unlike the surveillance cameras for homes, however, at this price, we expected the 4K feature.

The Canon EOS Rebel T8i is a great option for beginners. We would rank it as a top camera for those starting their photography hobby or career and want to get professional by the time. This camera produces high-quality results and at the same time, it’s easy to use. We found it very user-friendly and easy to handle.

The battery isn’t the lightest or the smallest, yet, it’s still a light DSLR camera for ease of use. We also appreciate the fact that the battery is placed apart from where the tripod resides. The same thing applies to the memory card, so, replacing these items while the camera is on set is easy. Another feature that looks great is the flip screen. Previous Canon buyers know that this resolution was lower in previous editions. Further, the frame rate is noticeably higher in speed. To recommend this camera, we had to try it first for photos and videos. The photos looked so real thanks to the optical viewfinder. On the other side, we captured several videos using the 4K UHD and Full HD features and both looked so real.

The Canon EOS 5D Mark IV Full Frame DSLR Camera comes at double and maybe triple what you can pay for another Canon DSLR but the features are quadrupled as well! As for the features, apart from the 4K videos, the full-frame CMOS sensor, and higher fps, this camera has a very quiet shutter we didn’t find in most other cameras. Also, the AF points are 61 and this system is better with a wider tracking area. One thing we discovered after using the camera several times is that we can use more than one focus system at the same time (we believe they’re three AF systems) and set up them separately.

Despite the price, this camera amazed us with the 4K video feature, low-light capabilities, and face-tracking feature. It might be the cheapest Canon camera in Best Buy with such features. We know that this camera isn’t for professional photography, so, we didn’t expect the best quality. Yet, the 4K videos we shot were of acceptable quality, not like those videos you get from cheap cameras for home.

DSLR cameras are always accused of being heavy and less practical than mirrorless cameras. Yet, this wasn’t the case with the Canon EOS Rebel SL3 Digital SLR Camera. We tried packing this camera on several occasions and we didn’t feel it was heavyweight at all. Even though it’s still bulkier than mirrorless cameras, it’s an excellent option for those who prefer DSLRs.

We loved the autofocus feature of this camera a lot. It helped us take photos in seconds without having to spend a hell looking through the optical viewfinder to find a good point. Best for vloggers. Canon PowerShot G7X Mark III is an upgrade to the previous G7X Mark II model. This model was essentially made for vlogging and YouTube videos, and this one takes it to a new level. The new features include uncropped 4K videos. It’s now normal to see vlogs with very high-quality videos, so, we will never look anywhere else if it’s all about online video content.

Moreover, we could attach an external mic to this cam using the 3.5mm port, this feature was missed in the previous model. The new features were added to make the cam far more professional. We also loved that the camera is available in black and silver options. Most other cameras are available in black color only.

Canon EOS RP Full-Frame Mirrorless Camera is one of the most successful models when it comes to mirrorless cameras. It’s compact and lightweight like most other mirrorless options. Plus, it’s reasonably priced enabling amateurs to try the brilliant EVF of mirrorless cameras.

We got the camera with its original zoomable lens that gives a wide range of zooming in and out (from 24 to 105mm). Yet, it got better when we tried the camera with other lenses. The cam accepts EF lenses thanks to the EF adaptor that comes with the cam. Plus, it already has its RF lens system, so, we could take differently-oriented clear photos and videos with this small camera.

Best for still photos. Nothing beats a moderate camera with most of the features we need at an acceptable price. Canon EOS Rebel T7 DSLR Camera satisfied most of our needs. We didn’t think we could get more at this price. Also, considering it’s a DSLR cam with an optical viewfinder, we would go for this camera if we need to get started.

The camera has a 9-point AF system that works with AI. The CMOS sensor has a resolution of 24.1mp. We had the chance to try the image stabilization feature as well. Further, we tried different lenses with the camera to make sure everything worked the best. It was a very good camera in terms of still photos whereas other cameras beat this one in videos. Yet, we could still get good-quality videos with this camera.
